Ever wondered what the journey of becoming a resource parent is like? Are you interested in hearing experienced resource parents share about the joys and heartbreaks of foster care in a no-pressure environment? Join us for an in-person discussion led by our staff and a few local PDX Metro resource (foster) families caring for children. We will have a local ODHS Child Welfare Certifier present to answer questions about the certification process as well. Unfortunately, at this time, childcare will not be provided. However, we hope to offer it in future Explore Fostering Socials.
